Q: How to Order?

- All items are on pre-order unless otherwise stated.
Q: Are the items authentic?
- Yes, all items will be/are purchased at the individual brand boutiques overseas.
Q: Any proof of authenticity?
- Scanned Copies of receipts will be given upon request
- For Longchamp items, Longchamp Care Card will be provided
Q: Are prices inclusive of shipping charges?
- Yes, prices are final for meet up collection in Singapore.
Q: Can I opt for courier or postage?
- Courier: Yes, but arrangement and payment has to be made by buyer and at a pre-arranged time.
- Postage: Yes, only registered mail. Meet up collection, however, is still very much preferred.
Q: Where will the meet up be held at?
- Meet up will be held at City Hall / Orchard MRT Station upon arrival of items.
Q: Self-collection location
- Self-collection will be near Macpherson MRT
