How to Order?
How Does it Work?
Rabbit Eats Muffin collates orders in batches and place the orders received with our respective suppliers.
Please check out our regular Updates for each Batch.
All items sold are 100% Authentic.
- View our product catalogue from Pre-Order link
- Fill up the Order Form provided.
- For Longchamp Order Form, please click HERE.
- You may state you special remarks clearly in the Order Form provided. You may indicate your alternative choices if your order is out-of-stock etc.
- Email the completed order form to rabbit.eats.muffin@gmail.com together with payment details, if any
Payment
Tabulate the total amount payable and transfer your funds to Rabbit Eats Muffin within 24 hours, otherwise your order will be void.
We regret to inform that we only accept bank transfer (via ATM transfer or iBanking) at this stage.
Please reimburse your payment to the following:

After reimbursing your payment, please email us at rabbit.eats.muffin@gmail.com with the following information:
- Transaction Reference No.
- Total Amount Transferred
Confirmation
We will proceed to place your order upon receipt of your full payment accordingly.
Out-of-Stock / Unavailable Items
We will contact you immediately should your ordered item(s) is out of stock and get your consent for the following options: -
a) Refund of your payment (will be processed within 5 working days)
b) Retain your payment and use it for your alternative order (if time allows, we will change your order to your alternate choice or carry forward to the next pre-order batch)
Distribution Method
Items will be ready for collection around 4 weeks after pre-order closes.
We will post regular updates on our website and email you on the status and advise on the mass meet up timings.
Mass meet up at City Hall / Orchard MRT upon arrival of items.
